FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, and in particular to a method for arranging the lower part of a slate roof. The method for constructing the lower part of a slate roof includes installing a threaded stud at the edges and a locking element. A metal strip is installed under the lower edge of the bottom sheet of slate, a hole is made in the upper part of the ridge of the slate sheet, a coaxial hole with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the stud is made in the crate and a metal sheet located on top of the crate, a central nut is installed in the central part of the stud, the stud is installed in the crate, a lower nut is screwed onto the lower end of the stud, an upper nut with a washer and a sealing-shock-absorbing gasket is screwed onto the upper part.
EFFECT: invention increases the operational reliability of the roof.
