FIELD: pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to the method for coating the inner surface of the pipeline. To implement the method, in accordance with the initial data, a sleeve in the form of a hollow cylinder (2) is made along the pipeline (1) to be reinforced. The sleeve in the folded position is placed inside the pipeline (1) and with the help of winches, cables (3) are stretched along the route of the restored interval of the pipeline with the preservation of space for transporting water masses due to the presence of a channel (4) formed by the folds of the folded sleeve. Through the intake valves (5) on one side of the sleeve, the air mixture is fed into the sleeve formed by hollow annular compartments (7), due to which the structure is straightened and pressed against the inner surface of the pipeline (1). The valves (9), built into the sealed partitions (8) of the annular compartments, provide a step-by-step filling of the sleeve compartments with the output of the air mixture to the exhaust valves (6). Upon completion of the formation of the air sleeve and its pressing against the inner surface of the pipeline through the existing inlet valves (5) of the sleeve, the solidifying material is pumped, replacing the previously filled air mixture inside the hollow annular compartments (7) and displacing it through the exhaust valves (6) to form a channel for transporting water masses inside the sleeve outside the hollow annular compartments. In the sealed partitions (8) on the side of each compartment, there are couplings (10) designed to bind the aggregate after it has solidified in the hollow annular compartments (7) and serve as reinforcement.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to extend the service life of the pipeline by restoring its load-bearing capacity without decommissioning.
