FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the manufacture of lightweight floor slabs. The hollow core construction panel contains a reinforcement cage or mesh, in which plastic hollow spheres, tension reinforcement and grouting concrete are fixed in the form of a concrete matrix. The concrete matrix includes evenly distributed micro- and macrovoids in the entire volume, moreover, microvoids are formed at the stage of preparation of the mixture by microspheres and dispersed polymer composite corrugated microtubes, and macrovoids are formed at the stage of molding by macrospheres in the form of a hollow filler from plastic hollow ball elements not associated with the reinforcement cage or mesh.
EFFECT: increased strength of the slab.
