FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the manufacture of lightweight floor slabs. The device for molding building products with voids comprises a frame in the form of a holder, on which a movable traverse with void formers is installed, and a mold with a vibration device placed under them. At the same time, the holder is made in the form of a robotic manipulator with an arrow, on which a traverse in the form of a removable head is fixed. The traverse consists of a housing, inside of which a rotary disk is installed, driven into rotation by a gear connected to the engine, with void formers fixed on the disk around the circumference with detachable clamps in the form of clips. The clips consist of accumulator tubes, inside of which plastic hollow elements are laid, held by elastic clamps and contacting when the disk is rotated with the rod of the pneumatic cylinder, fixed on the body of the removable head and connected to the pneumatic system.
EFFECT: simplifying the design of the device for the formation of voids in concrete products, reducing material consumption and labor intensity.
