FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction and can be used in the manufacture of lightweight wall products. In a multi-hollow concrete block containing a concrete matrix with voids distributed in it, the voids are formed by a prefabricated spatial supporting frame, including two polymer composite racks in the form of perforated templates, installed vertically at the ends of the block for its entire height and width and interconnected by layers of void formers in the form continuous polymer composite tubes for the entire length of the block, the ends of which are inserted with fixation into the mounting holes of the perforated templates, and technological holes are made between the mounting holes.
EFFECT: simplifying the design and manufacturing technology by eliminating the use of complex and energy-intensive equipment, reducing material consumption and labor intensity by eliminating the need to match the size of the block voids with the dimensions of the void former, increasing the strength of a multi-hollow concrete block due to a more rational distribution of voids in the volume and reinforcement.
