FIELD: chemistry; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation for the concentration of salt solutions of wastewater in chemical or food industry, for obtaining purified water in closed water supply systems, for desalination of seawater. The installation contains salt solution tank 1, pump 2, cartridge microfilter 3, high-pressure pump (HPP), and membrane module 6 with permeate discharge line 15 with flow meter 19 connected in series. The salt solution supply pipeline is equipped with hydraulic accumulator 5. Main pressure tank 7 with a flow distributor communicates with a concentrate discharge line. Line 16 with tap 14 is provided for draining the concentrate. The working circuit is formed by a pipeline with hydraulic accumulator 5, membrane module 6, main pressure tank 7, intermediate line with circulation pump 8 and closing line with tap 11 and electrical conductivity sensor 20. Additional pressure tank 9, the volume of which is greater than the volume of tank 7, is communicated with drain line 16, with the closing line by means of tap 12 and with the solution supply line by means of tap 13. Lines 17 and 18 are provided for dosing of antiscalants and reagents for pH adjustment.
EFFECT: increased energy efficiency and the degree of concentration, reduced deposits on the membrane, the possibility to work both in continuous and periodic mode with simultaneous production of permeate and concentrate.
