FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to the creation of composite materials by impregnating a porous frame. A method for producing a carbon-graphite composite material includes vacuum degassing of a porous carbon-graphite workpiece in a copper electrolyte solution. A two-layer electroplating coating containing an inner copper layer is applied to the workpiece. The porous workpiece is impregnated with a melt of an aluminum matrix alloy under the influence of excessive pressure due to thermal expansion of the melt while heated above the liquidus temperature of the aluminum alloy. The outer layer of the galvanic coating is made of lead applied by electrolysis from an electrolyte containing 200 g/l of fluorine-boron lead, 50 g/l of hydrofluoric acid and 1.0 g/l of wood glue.
EFFECT: invention improves the quality of composite materials.
