SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lighter-than-air aircrafts. The airship is comprised of a nacelle, a horizontal displacement propulsion apparatus, a lift generation system, a shell, photovoltaic elements and an electric power storage apparatus. The lift generation system is equipped with the first and second units of Peltier thermoelectric converters with a first and second working surfaces, a first and second switching apparatuses, wherein each of the apparatuses comprises an information input, a power input and output. The first unit is located on the inner surface of the shell. The second unit is located on the inner surface of the shell. The temperature sensor is placed between the shell and the photovoltaic cells connected to the first input of the controller, the electric power storage apparatus is connected to the second input of the controller, and the controller output is connected to the power inputs of the switching apparatuses and the supply input of the control unit. The temperature sensor is connected to the information input of the control unit, the first output of the control unit is connected to the information input of the first switching apparatus the output whereof is connected to the first unit.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing weight, simplifying the design and increasing reliability.
