FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine, particularly, to a method for correcting metabolic status in highly productive cows in conditions of an industrial complex. The method is characterised by the fact that within 30 days during morning feeding of cows, in addition to the main diet, dried leaves of violet basil are introduced at a dose of 50 grams per head per day, prickly-seeded spinach at a dose of 250 grams per head per day, and soy lecithin at a dose of 70 grams per head per day.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows increasing milk productivity of cows.
