FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to circuit breakers. The circuit breaker contains an insulating housing, at least one pole consisting of the main contacts of the switch, movable contacts on the contact holder, rigidly connected to each other, a handle, main springs, arc extinguishing chambers installed in each pole of the switch, an electronic protection system containing: current transformers installed in each pole for AC switches, or magnetic amplifiers for DC, at least one maximum current release, without time delay, electromagnetic drive of the main contacts in the form of a polarized electromagnet with on and off control windings with a common point connecting the beginning of the on and the end of the off windings, which includes a device for manually returning the armature, a lever pivotally mounted on a plastic switch housing, with the possibility of the lever acting on the armature of the electromagnet, an electromagnet control circuit with terminals for connecting to an operational power source, between which a varistor is included, the common point of the control windings of the electromagnet is connected to one of the outputs of the bridge, the beginning of the switching-off winding is connected via an electronic key to another output of the bridge, to which the end of the switching-off winding is also connected via an electronic key, the control input of the electronic key of the switching-off winding is connected via a short pulse generator to the output of the logic element “OR”, each of the inputs of which is connected to the outputs of a minimum voltage decoupler, an independent voltage decoupler, a maximum current decoupler without time delay, the inputs of the time-delayed release device and the time-delayed release device are connected to the output of the current transformer included in the circuit of the main contacts of the switch, the input of the minimum voltage release device is connected to the output of the voltage sensor included between the two circuits of the main contacts of the switch, the input of the independent release device is connected to the operator’s control button.
EFFECT: reduction in the operating effort when performing the operation of manually switching on and off the contacts and simplifying the device.
