SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for protection of transport and industrial constant current electrical equipment from emergency conditions. The device contains immediate-action automatic circuit breaker (1), its control unit (2), and current sensor (3). The control unit of circuit breaker (2) contains command element, condenser, and thyristor. It is connected to the low-voltage power source. The retentive coil (5) of immediate-action automatic circuit breaker (1) is also connected to this power source. And the demagnetising coil (6) of immediate-action automatic circuit breaker (1) is connected to the control unit output with the circuit breaker (2).

EFFECT: increase of protection reliability and fire safety of electrical equipment.
