FIELD: magnetic materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of magnetic materials, in particular to methods for improving their magnetic properties, and can be used in electronics and instrumentation. The method for manufacturing a product from a magnetically soft alloy of the iron-cobalt 27KX system includes conducting equal-channel angular pressing of the initial alloy at a temperature of 430-450°C along the BC route and at the angle of intersection of the channels of 90-130°C, obtaining a billet having the shape of the final product from the alloy processed by equal-channel angular pressing and thermal annealing of the resulting billet in vacuum at a temperature of 730-850°C for 1-3 hours. Before thermal annealing, the magnetic treatment of the resulting workpiece is carried out at a magnetic field strength of at least 15,000 A/m and the number of switching magnetizing current of at least 8.
EFFECT: maximum magnetic permeability is provided, 2829-5426 G/Oe, the coercive force is 1.47-2.94 A/cm, the field strength of the maximum magnetic permeability is 1.82-3.43 A/cm.
