FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to methods for improving magnetic properties, and can be used in electronics and instrument engineering. Method for manufacturing articles from a magnetically soft alloy of 27KX involves intense plastic deformation of the original soft magnetic alloy to the next obtain a preform of a predetermined shape and annealing the produced blank in the temperature range 730–850 °C for 1–3 hours.
EFFECT: maximum magnetic permeability increases, the coercive force decreases, the heat treatment method is simplified by reducing the annealing temperature and reducing the annealing time.
