FIELD: waste recycling.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a loading device for a granulator and a granulator with such a loading device, which can be used in the recycling of industrial waste, in particular plastic waste. The loading device comprises a case, a drive unit attached to the case for pulling the flat material to be granulated into the granulator mill, and a storage device for accumulating the flat material. The storage device comprises a first guide device for directing and deflecting the material, passing substantially perpendicular to the feed direction, and a second guide device for directing and deflecting the material, passing substantially perpendicular to the feed direction. The storage device additionally contains a rotating shaft that passes substantially perpendicular to the feed direction; the shaft is made with the possibility of connecting the storage device to the loading device. The first and second guide devices are rigidly fixed relatively to each other, so that when the storage device is rotated, the first and second guide devices rotate around the rotating shaft. The loading device also additionally contains one or more position sensors to determine the first and second positions when the storage device is rotated. At least one of the sensors is configured to issue a signal when the first position is reached, triggering the drive unit to start pulling the material to be granulated, and at least one of the sensors is configured to issue a signal when the second position is reached, triggering the drive unit to stop pulling the material. The granulator comprises the above-mentioned loading device and a granulator mill located downstream relatively to the loading device to receive the substantially flat material to be granulated, the granulator mill comprises one or more rotating knives to interact with one or more stationary knives to grind the substantially flat material into granules.
EFFECT: granulator allows avoiding the deformation of plastic parts on the machine for large-scale production.
