SUBSTANCE: essence of the invention is that a device for the orientation of magnetic or magnetizing particles contained in a coating agent applied to one side of the base in form of a web or sheets, including a magnetic cylinder located on the transport path of the base to be moved, and in the area of the outer perimeter of the magnetic cylinder there are many devices creating a magnetic field, briefly called magnetic devices, and some or all of the magnetic devices, respectively, include a magnet, made rotatably by means of a corresponding electric motor, and the magnetic cylinder is located in the walls of the frame rotatably, while at least one transmitter is provided in the rotating magnetic cylinder or on the rotating magnetic cylinder for the non-contact transmission of electrical energy and/or command signals from the outside, which includes a part of the transmitter fixed to the frame and a part of the transmitter fixed to the cylinder in operating mode, moreover, a bus system is provided for contactless transmission of signals to the part of the transmitter fixed on the cylinder.
EFFECT: providing possibility of manufacturing bases with an extremely wide optical range and/or with high-quality elements of images with three-dimensional perception.
