The machine contains a printing material supply unit (13), at least one printing section (04) with at least one printing unit (11; 12), by means of which at least the first side of the substrate (02) passing through the machine (01) along the transport path is sealed and / or can be sealed with a coating means (06) containing magnetic or magnetizable particles , a finished product receiving unit (27) designed for basing the substrate (02) processed in the machine (01), as well as a device (07) for orienting magnetic or magnetizable particles contained in the coating agent applied to the side of the web-like or sheet-like substrate (02) (06) provided on the transport path of the substrate (02) between the printing section (04) and the finished product receiving unit (27), moreover, the printing unit (11; 12) as a visualizing cylinder includes a plate cylinder (14; 16) with a plurality of visualizing printed plots or groups of visualizing printed plots on a circle, which are ordered according to the circumference corresponding to the length of the printed image, in several columns located transversely to the direction of transport (T), equidistant from each other, and according to the width of the cylinder corresponding to the width of the printed image, in several lines, equidistant from each other in the direction of transport (T), and the device for orienting magnetic or magnetizable particles (P) includes the first orienting device (33; 33'), which is located on the transport path of the substrate (02) to be transported and, in the area of its side facing the transport path, has a plurality of magnets (44) designed to, in order to receive visual information, orient at least part of the particles (P) contained in the coating means (06) in a certain way in the surface area supplied with the coating means (06), the magnets (44) of the first orienting device (33; 33') serving to orient and the substrate supplied with the coating means (P) containing the particles (P) (06) (02) on at least one section of the transport path move synchronously with each other, while the device for orienting magnetic or magnetizable particles (P) includes at least one first additional orienting device (42) located on the transport path of the substrate to be transported (02), fixed in the process of operation on the transport path in front of the first orienting device (33; 33') and having transversely to the direction of transport (T) a plurality of magnets (46) located transversely to the direction of transport (T), which during operation of the device remain in it in a stationary state, and the first additional orienting device (42) includes magnets (46) located on the circumference of the plate cylinder (14; 16), the number of which corresponds to the number of columns of visualizing printed images or groups of visualizing printed images and which are located on the transport path in such a way that the printed images or groups of visualizing printed images are respectively located along the transport path at least partially on the same straight line with the lateral position of the magnets (46) of the first and the additional orienting device (42).

EFFECT: improvement of quality of formation of optically variable image elements on the substrate.
