FIELD: apparatus for making beverages.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a juice squeezer and a method of preparation of juice. The juice squeezer performs a two-stage juice preparation process and contains an inlet hole (22) for receiving food products, a juice extracting apparatus (24, 26), a centrifuge unit (32) with an outlet valve (34) for separating the juice component of the extracted juice from the foam component and for passing the juice component to the outlet hole.
EFFECT: technical result is production of juice from food products.
