FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, processing of raw plant material for obtaining of juices, syrups and beverages. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing raw plant material with deionized water; grinding raw plant material and simultaneously extracting useful components therefrom into water and separating water-juice mixture. Raw plant material is ground to 0.05-7 mm size particles. Grinding of raw plant material is performed by means of rotor-type disperser, with temperature of resultant water-raw plant mixture being maintained at the level of at least 0 C.
