FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, specifically to drilling wells, and is intended to measure the zenith angle of the well curvature. The proposed device for measuring the zenith angle of the borehole curvature contains a rotary frame with an eccentric weight and an electronic-mechanical converter made in the form of a tuning fork with an electronic excitation circuit equipped with eccentric weights hinged in its branches. In this case, the branches of the tuning fork with eccentric weights are rotated 180 degrees relative to each other. In addition, the device is equipped with a microprocessor, frequency divider, frequency-to-code converter and amplifier. Moreover, the input of the electronic excitation circuit of the electronic-mechanical converter, made in the form of a drive system and vibration pickup through a frequency divider, is connected to the output of the microprocessor clock generator, the output of the tuning fork vibration pickup system is connected to the input of the frequency-code converter, and its output is connected to the microprocessor input and the output of the latter through an amplifier is connected to the communication channel of the bottomhole with the wellhead.
EFFECT: improves the accuracy of measuring the zenith angle of the borehole curvature directly during drilling and transmitting a signal via a wireless communication channel of the bottomhole with the wellhead.
