FIELD: obtaining oil and gas from wells.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to devices for measuring axial load on a bit at the bottom of a well during well drilling. Device for measuring the axial load on the bit at the bottom of the well during drilling comprises a housing with a movable part, a sealed chamber with a working fluid located in the housing, a piston and a pressure sensor, sealed cavity filled with air, and an intermediate piston separating the sealed chamber with the working fluid and the sealed cavity filled with air. Pressure sensor is placed in a sealed chamber with working fluid, made in the form of a hollow sealed tuning fork with a variable cross-section, partially filled with fluid, with a system of drive and removal of oscillations of the tuning fork and a support installed in the branches, has a movable rod, a microprocessor and a power supply unit. Tuning fork is made of metal with an independent temperature coefficient of linear expansion and an elastic base resting on a support installed in the gap of its branches, is conjugated by movable rod with sealed chamber with working fluid, is conjugated with elastic base of tuning fork with possibility of fluid movement in cavity of tuning fork at change of pressure in sealed chamber with working fluid. Drive system, fixed with a gap to one branch of the tuning fork, is electrically connected to the microprocessor, and the oscillation pickup system fixed with a gap to the second branch of the tuning fork, by its output is connected to a wireless communication channel of the bottomhole with the wellhead. Power supply is connected to the microprocessor.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of axial load on bit at bottomhole.
