FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to communication technology and particularly, to technology for determining transmission resources. Proposed is a method for determining transmission resources. The method comprises the stage of receiving resource information from the network apparatus, wherein the resource information indicates the format of the time interval. According to the method, an available resource is then determined from at least one first resource in a time interval according to the resource information. Transmission of at least one of the data transmitted in the "unauthorised" mode, or the semi-permanently scheduled data is therein executed by means of an available resource using a network apparatus, wherein determining an available resource from at least one first resource in the time interval according to the resource information includes: determining at least one second resource in the time interval according to the resource information, wherein at least one second resource has the same target feature as the target feature of at least one first resource.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of configuration of the transmission resource.
