SUBSTANCE: receiver as part of a terminal device is made with the possibility of tracking PDCCH in a set of control resources, and a transmitter as part of the terminal device is made with the possibility of transmitting PUSCH planned based on the provision of an uplink, included in a DCI format transmitted over PDCCH, while PDCCH includes one or more control channel elements (hereinafter – CCE), CCE includes six resource elements groups (hereinafter – REG), one CCE includes one or more REG distributed in a frequency domain, REG includes PRB in OFDM symbol, and the number of REG that make up one REG group in the frequency domain is set individually for the number of OFDM symbols in one CCE.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of transmission and reception over the downlink.
