FIELD: animal breeding.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pet care products, namely to litter filler for the animal toilet based on cellulose, cellulose granulated mulch, and method of its production. Hygienic filler of the animal toilet is made in the form of granules from cellulose material and additionally contains a superabsorbent polymer and additives in the form of soap and/or starch. Components are contained in the filler at the following ratio, wt.%: cellulose material – 70-85, superabsorbent polymer – 5-25, solid soap C17H35COONa or liquid soap C17H35COOK – 0-20, starch (C6H10O5)n – 0-20.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of moisture and odour absorption and retention, as well as environmental friendliness, hypoallergenicity and safety of the filler, possibility of recycling by flushing into the sewage system.
