FIELD: heating engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermal engineering and can be used in the oil and gas processing, chemical and other industries at any enterprises using water vapor as a thermal agent. According to the proposed method, regenerative heat exchange is carried out between low-pressure water vapor condensate and/or high-pressure water vapor condensate supplied to the steam space of the surface heat exchanger and the coolant supplied to the tube bundle for heating below the level of the condensate flooding zone of the tube bundle, after which the heated coolant is removed from the tube bundle above the level of the condensate flooding zone of the tube bundle. At the same time, the level of the condensate flooding zone of the pipe bundle is regulated by the amount of the output condensate flow, depending on the set heating temperature of the coolant. Besides, an additional condensate heat removal zone is created above the steam space zone, into which a part of the output condensate flow is fed. A heat exchanger is also proposed for the implementation of the claimed method.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat recovery of water vapor condensate, regulation of the heat load for heating the coolant.
