FIELD: oil and fat industry.

SUBSTANCE: column apparatus for the distillation of oil miscellas includes a housing, in the gap and inside the casing of the upper section of which ring-shaped heat exchangers with side and end insertion of vertical pipes are additionally installed. The input pipes for the initial miscella are located tangentially in the upper section. In the middle section, a casing is additionally installed, which forms a gap with the wall of the apparatus body, inside which is placed a ring-shaped heat exchanger equipped with ring-shaped film formers. Inside the casing there is a ring-shaped heat exchanger equipped with spiral-shaped film-forming swirlers. Film stabilization devices are installed under the openings of the distribution covers, mounted on the outer surface of the vertical pipes of the heat exchangers with a gap for film formation. In the upper part of the middle section there are drain pipelines connecting the space inside the casing of the upper section with the upper manifold of the ring-shaped heat exchanger of the upper section. In the lower section of the column body, a phase distribution device is installed, including coaxial mass transfer perforated screens with a reflective cover and a reflective wall, as well as tangentially installed steam ejector nozzles connecting the space inside the casing of the middle section and the perforated mass transfer screens, below which there is a bubble steam collector with a skirt, in the upper part of which has a droplet eliminator attached. The lower section of the housing is connected to the in-tube space of the heat exchanger-economizer by an outlet steam pipeline and a conical manifold. The heat exchanger-economizer manifold is connected by a steam pipeline to the steam jacket of the upper section. The lower collectors of the ring-shaped heat exchangers of the upper section are connected by a steam pipeline to the steam jacket of the middle section. The lower collectors of the ring-shaped heat exchangers of the middle section are connected by a steam pipeline to the steam jacket of the bottom. The column body is equipped with a pipeline with a pump connecting the space inside the casing of the middle section with the space above the large distribution cover. Solvent vapours are removed from the apparatus body in the upper and middle sections, and the finished product is discharged through the pipe of the lower section.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to intensify the process of distillation of oil miscella, increase the purity of the finished product and its stability, and also reduce the consumption of primary steam per unit of product by increasing the heat transfer surface area and the boiling surface area of the miscella per unit volume of equipment, increase the efficiency of heat transfer and phase separation, and increase the stability of film formation boiling miscella, multi-level regulation of miscella composition, improve the thermal characteristics of coolant flows.
