SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to material processing by cutting, it can be used in technological machines, in particular angle grinders. The quick-clamping device comprises at least one clamping unit for tool-free fixation of the working tool on the output shaft, at least one movable clamping element for applying a clamping force to the working tool in the closing position of the clamping element, and at least one control unit for moving the clamping element to its closing position and/or to its opening position. At least one safety unit, in particular the self-locking unit, is designed to prevent the movement of the clamping element from its closing position to its opening position, at least when the clamping element is subjected to a force unrelated to the control unit and acting in the direction of the opening position of the clamping element.
EFFECT: inadvertent separation of the working tool from the clamping unit is excluded, and the working tool is securely fixed to the clamping unit and/or to the output shaft of the portable technological machine.
