SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle protecting tools and can be used by automobile owners for protection of automobile windshield wipers from icing and freezing to the windshield during the cold season of the year and intake of dust and small elements of flora and fauna by the cabin filter of the automobile. The protective shield of automobile windshield wipers is located in the space between the windshield and the hood of the automobile directly above the windshield wipers, is attached by movable connections to the body of the automobile and has a movement drive electric engine synchronised with the operation of the windshield wipers of the automobile. The shield is equipped with a soft tape attached to the shield so that in the event of slow response or failure of the electric engine of the shield the soft tape material allows the wipers to easily come out from and return under the shield.

EFFECT: creating a protective shield preventing the windshield wipers from being exposed to dust or precipitation in form of snow and from freezing to the windshield, a shield allowing the wipers to freely leave and return to the under-shield space.
