FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to polymer composite materials designed as super-constructive polymer materials, and to a method for their production. The polymer composite material as a polymer matrix contains polyesteresterketone based on 1,4-dioxybenzene and 4,4'-difluorodiphenyl ketone, containing 10 wt.% of the filler. The filler is a carbon fiber dressed with oligoesteresterketone based on 4,4'-dioxydiphenylpropane and 4,4'-difluorodiphenyl ketone. The method for the production of the polymer composite material includes pre-mixing of polyesteresterketone based on 1,4-dioxybenzene and 4,4'-difluorodiphenyl ketone with the dressed carbon fiber, followed by extrusion of the resulting polymer mixture. Carbon fiber dressing involves applying a dressing component from a solution with a mass fraction of 0.24-1.2% in organic solvents, followed by drying.
EFFECT: technical result of the present invention consists in increasing the impact strength, tensile destruction tension, tensile fluidity strength, elastic modules under tension and bending of the created polyesteretherketone carbon fiber composite due to the introduction of the dressing composition that increases the wettability of the carbon fiber and increases the intermolecular interactions between the filler and the polyesteretherketone matrix.
