FIELD: carbon fibres.

SUBSTANCE: method for producing finished carbon fibres and polyether ether ketone composites based on them used as structural polymer materials for the production of special-purpose products in additive processes. The method for producing sizing carbon fibres is based on sizing carbon fibre by applying a sizing component from a solution followed by drying in a drying oven under vacuum at 50-51°C, while the sizing composition is a mixture of epoxy oligoester based on epichlorohydrin and 4,4'-dioxyphthalophenone with a degree of polymerization n = 9-11 and oligomeric ether ether ketone based on 4,4'-dioxyphthalophenone and 4,4'-difluorodiphenylketone with a degree of polymerization n = 9-11, applied from a solution with a concentration of 0.25 wt.% in chloroform, and a stepwise increase in temperature is carried out while simultaneous exposure to ultrasound with an operating frequency of 46 kHz with simultaneous distillation of the solvent according to the following mode: 20°C - 3 min.; 32°C - 3 min.; 40°C - 3 min.; 50°C - 3 min.; 65°C - 6 minutes, and the quantitative ratio of the components corresponds in wt.%: Carbon fibre - 97.0, Epoxy oligoester - 0.5-2.5, Ether ether ketone - 2.5-0.5. The invention also relates to a polyether ether ketone composition intended as structural polymer materials for the production of special-purpose products in additive technologies, the composition contains polyether ether ketone and finished carbon fibre obtained by the method of producing finished carbon fibres, with the following quantitative ratio of components in the polyether ether ketone composition in wt.%: Polyether ether ketone – 90, Finished carbon fibre – 10.

EFFECT: developing a method for producing sizing carbon fibres with a shorter duration of the sizing process, and polyether ether ketone compositions with higher values of physical, mechanical and rheological properties, based on a polyether ether ketone matrix polymer filled with dressed carbon fibre.
