FIELD: energy sector.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the energy sector. The all-weather tower cooling tower contains a catchment basin of cooled water, a vertical body installed above it, open from below for atmospheric air intake, from above - for the exit of the steam-air mixture and containing irrigation, water distribution and drop-catching devices inside the body, and a steam trap is installed above the body, the steam trap having a form of a dome connected to the atmosphere with a condenser chute connected by tubular water flow channels to the inner part of the cooling tower body and a window for the drained steam-air mixture to enter the atmosphere. The steam trap in the dome is made of two layers of a drip-collecting grid, between which a package of perforated tubes is installed, connected by an air pipeline through controlled valves to the outlets of the Rank tube, with the input of the latter being connected to the compressor, and in the upper and lower zones of the steam trap there are sensors of dried and moist air connected to the inputs of the master controller, the outputs of which are connected to the valves and to the compressor.
EFFECT: maximum moisture capture and condensation.
