SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation for the manufacture of one-piece fittings and connectors for plastic pipes of biaxial orientation. The result is achieved by an installation for the manufacture of fittings and connectors for biaxial plastic pipes from a straight pipe made of undirected polymer, which contains the first end and the second ends. In this case, the installation differs in that it contains a heating means made with the possibility of regulating the temperature of the pipe; the first gripping head and the second gripping head, and the first gripping head is made with the possibility of gripping the first end of the pipe and the second gripping head is made with the possibility of gripping the second end of the pipe; manipulation means made with the possibility of supporting the first gripping head and the second gripping head; an installation plate that supports two movable elements made with the possibility of movement; a mold that contains two parts, and each of these parts of the mold is located on a movable element of the mounting plate. The mold is made with the possibility of orientation of the deformed pipe or the pipe when the two parts of the mold are located in contact. At the same time, the installation also contains a climate chamber brought to the required state, made with the possibility of maintaining the pipe temperature at the first preset temperature. Moreover, the manipulating means, together with the first and second gripping heads, are located in a climate chamber brought to the required state and are made with the possibility of rotation, stretching, compression and/or deformation of the pipe.

EFFECT: possibility of strengthening or optimizing the fitting sections during the manufacturing process without increasing the manufacturing time or the consumption of raw materials, and manufacturing fittings of various geometric shapes.
