METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF PROTECTIVE HEADWEAR AND APPARATUS FOR IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A42B3/00 

FIELD: textiles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of textile and light industry, specifically to manufacture of any household everyday headwear: for winter, demi-season, summer, home, women, men and children, wearable on a walk, on vacation, in nature, for athletic activities. The purpose of the invention is development of a method and apparatus for production of household everyday headwear protective for the brain and, therefore, for the person from the harmful effects of EMR on the daily basis. The technical result intended to be solved by the proposed invention is achieved by the fact that protective blocks against EMR are produced, including a protective shielding material attenuating the intensity of EMR by ten or hundred folds. The blocks are installed and fixed directly inside certain parts of comfortable general purpose headwear produced by enterprises of textile and light industries. First, the details of the top are cut, following the patterns or templates, from the main headwear material and lining, if available. Prior to assembling the headwear, protective blocks are cut in shape of the parts present in the headwear and attached between the corresponding parts of the top, insertion or lining. The headwear is then assembled.

EFFECT: proposed everyday headwear will protect each person, i.e. the entire population as a whole, from harmful effects of EMR; such protective headwear can be produced as by factories specialising in production of textile products and products of light industry, as by sewing shops and individuals.
