SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to an elastic element having a stretchable structure. It can be used for elastic elements in ordinary single-use products for wearing, such as various single-use diapers of the diaper type fixed with tape, of the pad type, a sanitary pad, a single-use product for wearing designed for swimming or playing in the water. The elastic element has a stretchable structure with an elastic sheet, in which the elastic sheet is placed between the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer, and the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are fixed by means of connection holes passing through the elastic sheet, or by means of the elastic sheet in a plurality of connected sheet sections located with intervals. The first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are formed of material having transparency, and the elastic sheet is made with the possibility of visual recognition through the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer. A zone having a stretchable structure with the elastic sheet has a stretchable zone that contracts in the direction of stretching when the elastic sheet is contracted and that is stretchable in the direction of stretching. The first unconnected strips, linearly continuous along the first direction intersecting with the direction of stretching at an acute angle, have repetitions at intervals in the direction orthogonal to the first direction, in the form of unconnected strips, in which a part that does not have connected sheet sections is continuous in a straightened state in the stretchable zone. A plurality of connected sheet sections and connection holes is provided at intervals between adjacent first unconnected strips in the stretchable zone. A block structure including a set of first unconnected strips having different first width, defined as width in the direction orthogonal to the first direction, has repetitions in the direction orthogonal to the first direction in the stretchable zone. The stretchable structure with the elastic sheet is used in a single-use product of underpants type, containing an external element that makes up one whole from the front main part to the rear main part, or external elements provided separately for the front main part and the rear main part; an internal element fixed to a part of the external element intermediate in the direction of width; parts representing side seams in which both sides of the external element in the front main part and both sides of the external element in the rear main part are attached to each other; and waist hole and two holes for right and left legs. The internal element extends both to the front and to the rear sides of a perineal part.

EFFECT: improvement in air permeability, fit and flexibility, as well as an improvement in the appearance of an elastic element close to the appearance of clothing item.
