SUBSTANCE: elastic element has stretchable structure 20X with an elastic sheet, in which elastic sheet 30 is placed between first sheet layer 20A formed of non-woven material and second sheet layer 20B formed of non-woven material, and first sheet layer 20A and second sheet layer 20B are welded by means of holes 31 for connection passing through elastic sheet 30 in a set of spaced, connected sheet parts 40, while a zone having stretchable structure 20X with an elastic sheet includes connected sheet parts 40 having different shapes, and in all connected sheet parts 40 in the zone having stretchable structure 20X with an elastic sheet, a base diameter ϕ of a bonding zone is 0.2 mm or more, the maximum value of the base diameter ϕ of the bonding zone is 1-3 times greater than its minimum value, and a length of a closed contour is 1-15 times greater than the circumference of a circle, a diameter of which is the base diameter ϕ of the bonding zone.
EFFECT: occurrence of a welding defect in the case of connected sections of sheets having different shapes is hindered.
