FIELD: gearbox control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the control of a gearbox of self-propelled machines. The gearbox contains the input driving, intermediate, range and output shafts, located parallel to each other in the housing on bearings. The gears are rigidly fixed on the intermediate shaft. On the input and range shafts, the gear sets are mounted on bearings with the ability to control using friction multi-plate and gear clutches. The output shaft is made with the possibility of disabling the drive to the rear wheels by means of a toothed coupling with gears mounted on bearings, controlled by toothed couplings. The gear couplings of the range and output shafts are controlled by electrically controlled pneumatic valves with pneumatic cylinders. The friction multi-plate clutches are controlled by a hydraulic distributor.
EFFECT: simplified device design.
