FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration-isolating mechanism is placed between the vibrating base and the vibration protection object. The method is carried out by regulating and minimizing the total stiffness of the main elastic element and the additional elastic element of alternating stiffness due to the deformation of the additional elastic element in the supercritical area “in large”. After that, the vibration-isolating system is loaded in the direction of movement. Next, the length of the working stroke of the mechanism is adjusted, keeping the value of the total stiffness in a given range of minima. The vibration-isolating mechanism includes a guide device containing movably interconnected input, output and intermediate rigid elements, a main elastic element and an additional elastic element of alternating stiffness. The mechanism is additionally equipped with a device for regulating the stiffness during supercritical deformation “in large” and the working stroke of the additional elastic element. The additional elastic element is made in the form of a package of interconnected thin-walled elements made of composite material.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of vibration isolation in the infra-frequency range is achieved without increasing the size of the working space of the system.
