SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering, more precisely, to systems for the production of electricity, liquefied and compressed natural gas in a gas distribution station. The system is connected to a gas distribution station connected between the high-pressure main gas pipeline and the consumer gas pipeline, and includes an expander-generator, three shell-and-tube heat exchangers installed in series, a control controller unit and a natural gas liquefaction unit. The liquefaction unit contains a high-pressure compressor and a refrigeration machine with a compressor. In all shell-and-tube heat exchangers, natural gas is the heated heat carrier. The first heat exchanger is connected to the outlet of the high-pressure compressor of the liquefaction unit, the second to the outlet of the refrigeration machine of the liquefaction unit, and the third to the outlet of the compressor of the refrigeration machine of the liquefaction unit. The outlet of the third heat exchanger is connected to the inlet of the expander-generator, the outlet of which is connected to the consumer gas pipeline. The generator is electrically connected to the control controller unit, which is connected to the liquefaction unit, to the electrical consumers of the gas distribution station and to the power grid.
