FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electric power generation system is mounted on gas distribution station (GDS) and connected to natural gas liquefaction unit. System includes heat exchanger-waste heat generator, expander-generator connected by pipelines of supply, removal of natural gas, cleaning unit in natural gas liquefaction unit with gas heaters and air cooling device. Natural gas flow supplied via main gas line is divided into two branches: the first one is connected to the first input of heat exchanger-heat exchanger and further to input of expander-generator, after passage of which gas along first branch is directed to consumers of gas distribution station, and the second branch is connected to the cleaning unit inlet in the natural gas liquefaction unit, and the purification unit output is connected to the second heat exchanger-heat exchanger inlet, second output of which is connected to input of air cooling device, at outlet of which gas is supplied to consumers of gas-distributing station. Electrical connection is established with generator of expander-generator.
EFFECT: higher energy and environmental efficiency of GDS, provision of its energy independence, production of liquefied natural gas of high quality.
