FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquefaction of natural gas at a gas distribution station. Natural gas liquefaction complex includes liquefaction units, power supply unit, turbine expander-electric generators units, booster compressor, expander-electric generator and storage unit. Expander-electric generator is connected in parallel to reduction unit of gas-distributing station, and its output is connected to input of power supply unit. Liquefaction units are mounted in pairs in heat-insulated jackets and interconnected. Each liquefaction unit comprises heat exchange apparatus, a production separator and a low-temperature separation unit of the production stream. Blocks of turbine expander-electric generators are mounted in pairs in separate jackets, and their outputs are connected to input of power supply unit. Pipeline for supply of natural gas after filtration, drying and demercurisation units is divided into an expander flow pipeline and a production flow pipeline. Pipeline with evaporating gas is connected to output of storage unit and divided into number of branches by number of liquefaction units, each of which is connected to input of four-flow heat exchanger in corresponding liquefaction unit.
EFFECT: higher quality of liquefied natural gas, reduced dimensions of the complex.
