FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of construction 3D printers for printing objects, such as buildings, small architectural forms, fences, etc., from mortar and to a method for printing using a 3D printer. The result is achieved by the fact that the construction 3D printer contains supports, a printing unit suspended on supports with the help of cables, a winch for controlling the lengths of cables and a device for preparing and feeding mortar. And the printing unit contains a printing device with at least two dies, each of which is installed on its own linear movement mechanism, and the technical result is achieved by printing an object using such a 3D printer.
EFFECT: increasing printing accuracy by compensating for errors in the movement of the printing unit, increasing the productivity of construction work, reducing the weight of the construction 3D printer structure and its installed capacity, eliminating unwanted oscillatory movements of the printing unit, ensuring the printing of an object of any complexity.
