FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for making 3D prototypes of large and small dimensions of complex shape by FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. 3D printer for parallel printing is equipped with at least a pair of extruders with modules of independent movement of carriages. Modules of carriages displacement with extruders are fixed on the frame base installed in the housing. Carcass base is made in the form of rectangular frame with longitudinal crossbar in the middle. Vertical supports are arranged on the longitudinal crossbar of the base and located on the sides of the frame. Working table is made in form of height-adjustable platform, and its base is connected with supports and posts. Platform is provided at the center and at the corners with vertical stops in the form of springs which are controlled by screws. Extruder in each module is installed in inclinedly directed at angle α=35÷55° relative to vertical axis of platform (axis Z) position. Note here that nozzle of every extruder is spaced at least 2d from platform center where d is nozzle diameter. Each extruder in 3D printer is made in the form of a structure with a Z-shaped spatial structure. It includes vertical projecting positioning unit, inclined oriented material supply unit, and heating unit with vertical nozzle. Said inclined unit comprises feed mechanism housing and heat insulator.
EFFECT: proposed is 3D printer for parallel printing.
