FIELD: building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of environmental protection and ensuring environmental safety of urban areas and the population from erosion and landslide developments. It can be used in creation of territorial plans for the development of recreational areas in regions subject to such natural and technological impact. The technical result is achieved by developing a territory with buildings and structures 1, creating a base and a soil-reinforced mass 2 with location of blocks made as soil-filled shells therein, mounting a soil-filled base-abutment-shell 4 with a soil-filled base-shell 5, a rigid frame 10 and the front wall 9 are installed and fixed with a second attachment unit 11, a soil-filled shell 12 is attached, the upper part thereof is made waterproof and equipped with a water outlet apparatus 15 through the second attachment unit 11 whereto the rigid frame 10 and the front wall 9 are fixed, said frame and wall are fixed with a third attachment unit 16 whereto a soil-filled slab-shell 17 with a rain drainage tray 18 is attached. The upper parts of the soil-filled slab-shell 17 and the soil-filled shell of the base 5 are covered with a polymeric material with seeds 7. One or more reinforcing tapes 19 with a drainage system 20 filled with sorbent 21 and placed in a waterproof shell ring 22 are placed in the soil-reinforced mass 2 in the attachment units 8, 11, 16. The front wall 9 is additionally covered with the polymeric material with seeds 7. All structural elements are made of heterogeneous composite nano-materials. "PINEMA" material is used as the polymeric material with seeds 7.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is ensured reduction of natural and technological impact on urban and similar settlements due to use of new technological solutions for creation of structures using heterogeneous composite nano-materials.
