FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection systems of soil bases of road structures to ensure reliability and safety during seismic actions and frozen soils. Protective transport system of road structure includes road clothes, contains road surface with upper asphalt-bitumen-polymer layer, draining layer is made from upper and lower parts, horizontally and vertically arranged soil-filled wavy shells are made of composite nanomaterial with possibility of recovery at static and dynamic loads, shells consist of sections and are connected to each other horizontally and vertically located damping devices, on sides of road clothing there are storm-draining structures, side of road clothing is divided by rusts with elastoplastic nanomaterials installed with possibility of their replacement, at that, soil-reinforced slope parts under roofs are lined with waterproof composite nanomaterial with seeds or soil-reinforced device, at that, protective transportation system is equipped with geo-information monitoring system. Also described is a method of erecting such a system.

EFFECT: maintaining stable strength and stability during thawing of road structures on sections of frozen soils and possible seismic effects.
