Steel contains, by wt. %: carbon 0.25-0.35, silicon 0.20-0.45, manganese 0.80-1.20, chromium 1.00-1.50, molybdenum 0.20-0.40, nickel 1.0-1.50, copper no more than 0.30, niobium 0.008-0.10, vanadium 0.08-0.10, calcium 0.005-0.01, barium 0.005-0.01, cerium 0.005-0.01, zirconium 0.008-0.1, aluminum 0.008-0.05, sulfur is no more than 0.015, phosphorus no more than 0.015, nitrogen is not more than 0.025, zirconium carbonitride nanoparticles and niobium carbonitride nanoparticles are 0.04-0.25, the rest is iron and impurities.
