SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the agro-industrial complex and can be used for defrosting and heating colostrum of animals. The microwave installation contains two vertically arranged quasi-stationary toroidal resonators 4, 5. They have a common base 11, it is perforated. A dielectric mixing mechanism 13 with a dielectric shaft and a screw 3 is installed above the perforated base 11. The screw knife 3 with a grid 4 serves as a small base of the capacitor part of the resonator 12. A dielectric plate 8 without a bottom is installed in the capacitor part 7 of the lower resonator 5. The bottom is a small perforated base of the condenser part 7. Magnetrons 9, 10 with air cooling with a shift of 120 degrees are installed on the surfaces of the resonators 4, 5 in the area of their capacitor parts 7, 12. A ball valve is attached to the central part of the lower resonator 6.

EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to separate the processes of defrosting and heating of animal colostrum.
