FIELD: agro-industrial complexes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agro-industrial complex and can be used in farms where cattle are kept, for defrosting and warming up animal colostrum. The SHF unit contains a vertically located annular resonator 1 of rectangular cross section without a lower annular base, docked with the base of the conical resonator 3, directed with its apex downward, where the ball valve 8 is installed. In the ring resonator, along the perimeter of the inner cylinder there is a slot for the electric drive 14, which ensures the movement of the compartments formed by radially located dielectric partitions 7. The base 4 of the conical resonator is perforated, with a diameter of less than a quarter of a wavelength, and air-cooled magnetrons with a shift of 120 degrees are installed on the surfaces of each resonator. On the upper base of the ring resonator, with an average perimeter that is a multiple of half the wavelength, there is a loading branch pipe 13 that performs the function of an out-of-limit waveguide, and on the outer side surface of the resonator there is an open window 9 docked with the window 11 on the side surface of the non-ferromagnetic cylinder 10 without a lower base. On the contrary, a guide dielectric strip 12 is attached to the inner side surface of the ring resonator.
EFFECT: design of the claimed invention makes it possible to separate the processes of defrosting and heating of animal colostrum, in addition to providing electromagnetic safety and high electric field strength for low-temperature disinfection of raw materials.
