SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of irrigation technology and can be used in sprinkler machines. The short-jet deflector nozzle contains a body including a lower part with an external thread for screwing it into the pipe of the water supply belt of the sprinkler machine, a longitudinal passage channel with a diameter of d1=4…8 mm, a length of l1=(3…4)⋅d1, and the upper part with a deflector made jointly with the body by casting a single part. The body is made in the form of a polyhedron, and the deflector is in the form of a curved surface with a radius R1=10⋅d1, width b2=(3…5)⋅d1 and is located at an angle α=40…60° relative to a flat platform. At the end of the longitudinal passage channel, an internal thread is made, into which a replaceable nozzle extension is screwed. On the deflector there is a vertical divider of the flow part, made in the form of a wedge, the sharp part of which is directed towards the flow and has an angle of 15…17°. The angle between the sides of the wedge and the deflector plane is 90°. The heights of the sides of the wedge are equal and form a surface parallel to the longitudinal passage channel, and its height corresponds to the center of the circumference of the longitudinal passage channel. The surface parallel to the longitudinal passage channel at the junction with the deflector has a groove of the vertical divider of the flow part with a radius R2=R1/4 at a distance from the junction with the deflector l2=0.9 R2, and at the base of the groove there is a through hole of the discharge zone with a diameter d2=d1/3.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the manufacturability of the nozzle, as well as an increase in the uniformity of the spray, the flight range of drops and the area of capture by rain.
