SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technology related to mounting and precise installation of recording devices relatively to objects under study, as well as for determining spatial coordinates of a recording device in a certain conditional coordinate space that is "tied" to something, for example, to a room plan, axes of buildings and structures, to a topographic plan of a terrain, etc. The installation of the recording device can also be carried out according to known (pre-calculated) coordinates. The operation of the proposed device occurs under the influence of negative dynamic loads that cause vibrations of the recording device. The structure of the proposed device allows one to orient the recording device with high accuracy relatively to the object under study, and it is made in such a way that significantly reduces vibrations of the recording device.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining accurate data from recording devices with a minimum random error.
