FIELD: fast-setting polymer production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fast-setting polymer for dispersing cement and a method for producing a fast-setting polymer. This polymer contains: a polymer containing an ester group, carboxymethyl starch and methoxy polyethylene glycol. The polymer containing the ester group is obtained by copolymerizing a mixture of monomers. The monomer mixture includes an unsaturated carboxylic acid ester monomer, an unsaturated acid monomer, and an unsaturated silane monomer. The method for obtaining a polymer of rapid curing includes copolymerization of a mixture of monomers to obtain a polymer containing an ester group and transesterification of a polymer containing an ester group, carboxymethyl starch and methoxy polyethylene glycol in the presence of a catalyst. The catalyst is a solid superacid based on rare earth compounds SO42-/TiO2/Mo6+.
EFFECT: development of a fast-curing polymer for dispersing cement with a high dewatering rate, excellent processability and high compressive strength.
