FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a method for preparing it. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from a mixture of an esterification product, an unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether, an emulsifier, an initiator solution, a chain transfer agent, an ester macromonomer, an acrylic acid, a shrinkage reducing monomer, and an unsaturated sulfonate. The esterification product is obtained from coconut diethanolamide and unsaturated acid. The unsaturated acid is acrylic acid, maleic anhydride, or fumaric acid. The shrinkage reducing monomer is triethylene glycol divinyl ether. The ester macromonomer is polyethylene glycol monoacrylate, polyethylene glycol monomethacrylate, polyethylene glycol monoacrylate monomethoxyester, or polyethylene glycol monomethacrylate monomethoxyether. The unsaturated sulfonate is sodium 3-allyloxy-2-hydroxy-1-propane sulfonate or potassium 3-sulfonatopropyl acrylate.
EFFECT: polycarboxylate superplasticizer has lower surface tension, which can effectively reduce the shrinkage of concrete when drying, improve the mechanical properties and strength of the concrete.
